Laurent Morel

Laurent Morel is a partner in Carbone 4. He began his career in the Compagnie Bancaire group in the field of financing professional equipment. He took part in the creation of ARVAL management, which became the European leader in the management of motor vehicles.
In 2005, Laurent MOREL joined the real estate company Klépierre working to manage their commercial centers. Chairman of the Executive Board from 2008 to 2016, he strived to enlarge and the improve the status of the group. The industry was incorporated into the CAC 40 in 2015.
Today, he brings his leadership experience to the service of all preparatory initiatives for risks and opportunities induced by climate change.
Laurent Morel is notably the president of the French Institute for Building Performance, an economic alliance that promotes the implementation of energy transition by ambitious means.
He is also administrator of the think tank The Shift Project.
